Variscite Pendant Blue and White

This unique blue and white Variscite Ring was mined in an area called Candelaria, Nevada and is very limited in availablity.  The outer portion of the stone is usually a sky blue and is all bubbly.  When it is cut, you never know what will be inside, all blue, or all white, but then, you get one like this that is blue melted into a white center.  It looks like clouds in the sky.  To keep this look, we made a Sterling Silver Bezel around it so you can see all angles of the “sky”.  This medium sized ring is approximately 1″ x 3/4″.  The Sterling Silver Ring double band is approximately size 7.  This gemstone looks so much like turquoise, some people think it is.
