Frequently Asked Questions

Are the stones in our jewelry all real natural stones, or are they created in a laboratory or other areas?   Every item is a real or natural stone.  If we did not mine the stone  ourselves, we make sure it is a real natural stone before we even bring it into our inventory to cut and polish.

Can an item be duplicated? Since the stones are all individual in their natural context, it is impossible to duplicate any item exactly.  If there is an item you like, we will try to find a similar one for you.   If you want multiple items of the same type of stone, we will try to accommodate your request.

Can ring sizes be changed?  The ring bands are soldered to the silver on the back of the stone so the size of a ring cannot be altered.

Are the stones in Necklace Sets real?  When we purchase the stones for necklace sets, we try to be sure they are all natural.  If we discover they are not, we will let you know. 

Can the length of a necklace set be changed?  Yes, if a different length is desired, they may be changed.  However, there might be a charge to do so, depending on the request, especially if a longer length is requested.

Can Necklace Sets be duplicated?  Necklace Sets are also one of a kind, but if multiple ones are requested and the stones are available, we will try to fill your request .  This will be done on an individual basis.

Can a Necklace Set be combined with a Pendant, Ring or other necklace set?  Any combination is possible.  Sometimes we will have multiple items cut from the same rock that might be made into a matching ensemble when combined with other similar stones.

Can a matching ensemble be made for a bolo and belt buckle and perhaps a ring or hat band be added?  Yes, if the stones are available, we might be able to create a matching ensemble.  This must be decided on an individual basis.

Refund and Returns Policy

We guarantee all our items for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it. If it is in the same condition, we will give you a credit for a future purchase.

If an item requires a repair, you will need to send it back for evaluation. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will have to determine the issue and will let you know what we find.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at and we will give you an address to send your item to. Please do not send it to our storage unit that is listed on our business card.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and we will update them about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide you. Please do not send it to our storage unit that is listed on our business card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Charge is $10.00 per unit/box shipped within the USA proper.

All items are shipped by USPS standard delivery.  If a different method is requested, we will be glad to do so and will charge accordingly.

A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment.
